1. Parties

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Studio Spotlight .net Ltd. ("Operator") and each user of the RELATED mobile application ("User").

2. Description of Service

RELATED is a platform that connects event organizers with professionals (photographers, videographers, DJs, catering companies, etc.). The Operator provides a technology platform and is not a party to contracts between organizers and professionals.

3. Registration and Account

Users must be at least 18 years of age.
Upon registration, a profile is created as either "Organizer" or "Professional (PRO)".
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Creating fake profiles or impersonating others is strictly prohibited.
Users are responsible for the security of their password.

4. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to upload or share content that:

Infringes copyrights or third-party rights
Contains offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material
Constitutes spam, fraud, or misleading information
Threatens the security of the platform or other users

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the RELATED platform, including design, code, and trademarks, belong to Studio Spotlight .net Ltd.

Content uploaded by users (photos, texts) remains their property. By uploading, users grant the Operator a non-exclusive license to display such content within the platform.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe.
PRO subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Subscriptions can be cancelled from your profile settings or through your Apple/Google account.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. In the event of a technical error caused by the Operator, users may request a refund within 14 days by contacting: hello.relatedapp@gmail.com

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not responsible for the quality or performance of services provided by professionals.
The Operator is not a party to contracts between organizers and professionals.
Users bear full responsibility for content they upload to the platform.
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.

9. Account Termination

Users may delete their account at any time from their profile settings. The Operator reserves the right to terminate an account in the event of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of material changes through the app. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
